Lehigh Valley Wound Specialists is an outpatient wound care clinic that offers expertise and an array of biophysical agents to assist in tissue regeneration and wound healing in a comfortable and rapid fashion. Staffed only by Certified Wound Specialists (CWS) through the American Board of Wound Management, LVWS is known to provide a high level of care to patients with any type of wound, including chronic, acute, traumatic, vascular, neuropathic and pressure-related wounds. We use only the most current research-based treatments and gold standards of care for treatment. Some of these treatments include negative pressure wound therapy, pulsatile lavage with suction, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, gradient sequential compression, sharp debridement, multilayer wraps and wound biologics, including apligrafts and skin substitutes.
