Lehigh Valley Aging in Place (LVAIP) is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to serve on the 2026–2027 Board of Directors. Serving on the board is a meaningful opportunity to become more actively engaged in the community and help guide the mission of LVAIP.
Board Member Responsibilities
Board members are elected to serve a two-year term and play an important role in supporting the organization’s programs, partnerships, and strategic direction.
Board members are expected to:
- Attend monthly Board meetings held on the second Thursday of each month
- Actively participate in board discussions and initiatives
- Chair or co-chair at least one LVAIP committee
Nomination Process
Individuals interested in serving on the Board of Directors must nominate themselves by completing the online nomination form.
To be considered for the upcoming term, nominations must be submitted no later than April 17. Please note: nominations received after this deadline will not be considered.

Voting for the 2026–2027 Board of Directors will take place at the LVAIP May Mixer:
