FOX Rehabilitation is a private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists. FOX was built on the novel foundation of Geriatric House Calls. Patients are evaluated and treated one-on-one in their homes to address functional limitations and safety at home and in the ccommunity. Patients do not have to be homebound or have a skilled nursing need, and FOX’s evidence-based clinical services are covered under Medicare Part B.
