Pathstones by Phoebe is a membership-based program that helps active, older adults Age in Place. Pathstones serves as a partner in the aging journey of its members, helping them maintain their wellness in addition to coordinating and paying for care when needed. Whether in the home or at a community, care is costly; and the vast majority of costs are not covered by insurance. By planning ahead, Pathstones members live with peace of mind knowing they have a plan in place for whatever the future holds. Pathstones by Phoebe is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department as a continuing care retirement community “without walls.” Individuals must live in Pennsylvania to become a member, however, after 1 year, benefits apply to anywhere in the continental US.
