Valley Med Home Health Care Provides medical skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and medical social work. We have a full staff to meet the needs of clients. We assist clients that are declining, fall risks, need medication management and education, wound care or returning from the hospital or a skilled nursing facility to stay safely in their homes. We would be happy to set up home health if the need is present, just call Valley Meds office to start the process. With your client’s permission, my office will contact their PCP to obtain the orders and information we need to start care.
