Our organization is committed to making a difference in our community. We take pride in providing exemplary care to our senior residents. Our goal is to continue to service as many residents as possible to continue to make them feel safe and secure in their homes.

Plans and coordinates the provision of services to older adults (age 60 and over) in Northampton County. Programs and services designed to enhance the independence and dignity of older adults and to provide protection as necessary.

Providing Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Elder Law, Tax Law, and Medical Assistance Planning.

Partnering with leaders and their multigenerational teams to cultivate a strengths-based, engaged, and collaborative workforce.
Leadership development programs include dynamic team workshops, executive coaching, DISC assessments, and generational communication strategies.

Mona DelSole, MPA brings a deep passion for multigenerational team building, grounded in her organizational behavior research and experience as faculty in the School of Business and Global Innovation at Marywood University, with a special focus on Senior Care.

For over 53 years, Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley has been providing home-bound seniors and adults with disabilities freshly prepared, healthy meals to ensure they are well-fed and can live independently for as long as possible. We deliver meals Monday – Friday with the help of volunteers who care about our clients and provide a friendly wellness check. In addition to home delivered meals, we offer a variety of added services such as grocery shopping, food pantry and senior food box deliveries, pet food for furry companions and shelf stable emergency food boxes. Fees are based on a sliding scale and determined after a home assessment. Referrals are welcomed.

For more than 30 years, we’ve been making a difference in patients’ lives by providing excellent service and compassionate care. We offer skilled nursing, personal care, companion care, respite care and behavioral care for individuals with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities.

Patients undergo a thorough assessment performed by a specialist educated in geriatrics. The assessment includes a review of their medical and social history, medications and cognitive testing. During the assessment, a specialized treatment plan will be recommended and communicated to patient’s caregiver, primary care office and other specialists. Our team focuses on the caregiver as well.
